Quickbooks pro 2011 for mac problems

I need to know what to change in order to give the remote users the abilities to send invoices and quotes. I can log in as an administrator and it will work so there is no problem with the PDF Converter. None of my remote users can send invoices or save the invoice as a PDF. I have a Windows 2008 R2 Foundation server with Service Pack 1 and running QuickBooks Pro 2011.
